First, you need to contact us and let us know what products you want to import and how you want us to help you. The following services are provided free of charge by our company:
Locate products and suppliers: We search for the right suppliers in China on your behalf and ensure the best quality and prices for the products you want.
Consult on products’ cost and delivery times: We provide you with costs of products and delivery times and see if they are suited for your needs.
Arrange product samples: We arrange to collect and send you samples of the product(s), from one or more suppliers, so that you can evaluate their quality by yourself.
General advice/information: We offer – completely free of charge – advice on issues related to imports, exports, transport of products, customs, certification, etc.
UPGRADED PACKAGE

The Upgraded Package is by far the most popular among our regular customers, as it provides complete services, step by step, from the production of the product to its final delivery to you.
Whether or not you have your own supplier, the Upgraded Package meets even the most demanding customer needs, helping you save time and money. Paying a 5-10% service fee (based on the value of each product) our Company provides you with the following:
Free general quality inspection: The inspection is necessary in order to make sure that the products are in excellent condition and meet your requirements. For this purpose we carry out random inspection on 20-25% of all products. In case defective products are found and do not meet specifications, we follow up with the factory to replace them.
Free storing of products for 2 months: With the Basic Package you ensure 2 months FREE storage of products. In case of multiple orders this will help you save money, as you will be able to collect different products and arrange all products in a single shipment.
Arrange delivery to your house/company: We find the most competitive prices and fastest method of transport, so you receive your goods cheap, securely and in a timely manner. We offer you many modes of transportation-sea, land and air. All products can be insured while shipment to guarantee you receive your products without any trouble.
Creation of private label and custom made packaging: You can create your own private label, different packaging, as well as to imprint a logo-brand name.
BASIC PACKAGE
If you have your own suppliers but need someone to manage your purchases
If you have already found a supplier in China but want someone to check the quality of the products and arrange storage and/or transportation to your place, then the Basic Package is what you need. By paying a 5% service fee, we provide the following:

For this purpose we carry out random inspection on 20-25% of all products. In case defective products are found, we undertake negotiations with the supplier for their replacement.
Free storage of products for a short time: With the Basic Package you can ensure FREE storage of your products for a short time. In case of multiple orders from different suppliers, this will help you save money, as you will be able to collect different products and arrange their bulk transport as a single commodity.
Arrange delivery to your house/company via courier: We find the most competitive prices and fastest method of transport, so you receive your goods cheap, securely and in a timely manner.
